1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unused, unworn items with original tags
  • Defective or damaged products (report within 7 days)
    Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”) are excluded.

Step 2: Pack items securely in original packaging
Step 3: Attach the prepaid return label (U.S.) or self-ship (international)
Step 4: Drop off at designated carrier location

3. Refund Details

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment form
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges by:

  1. Returning the original item
  2. Placing a new order at appamankids.com

5. International Returns

  • Customers bear return shipping costs
  • Refunds exclude original shipping/duties
  • Use trackable mail (we’re not liable for lost returns)

6. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Photos of damage
  • Product details

7. Return Exceptions

Cannot accept returns for:

  • Swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale merchandise

8. Store Credit Option

Prefer store credit? Select this option during return processing for:

  • Instant credit issuance upon return approval
  • No deductions for original shipping

9. Holiday Policy

Extended return window for gifts purchased:

  • November 1 – December 24: Eligible until January 15
